Welcome to Pepper Garden Resorts. By making a reservation, accessing our website, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations
- Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by Pepper Garden Resorts.
- A valid mobile number and identification details are required to confirm your booking.
- Rates displayed are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Guest Identification
- All adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at check-in.
- The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
4. Payments
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
- The balance amount, if any, must be paid at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods may include cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
- Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
- No-shows may result in cancellation charges.
6. Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the allotted room.
- Additional guests may be accommodated only with prior approval and applicable charges.
7. Children Policy
- Children are welcome at Pepper Garden Resorts.
- Additional bedding or extra person charges may apply depending on the room type and occupancy.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Respect fellow guests and maintain a peaceful environment.
- Take reasonable care of resort property and furnishings.
- Follow all safety instructions issued by the resort.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
9. Smoking & Alcohol
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Consumption of alcohol must comply with applicable laws and resort policies.
10. Pets
Pets are permitted only if specifically approved by the resort in advance. Additional terms or cleaning charges may apply.
11. Safety of Valuables
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Pepper Garden Resorts is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property except where required by applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
Pepper Garden Resorts shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Website Information
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, Pepper Garden Resorts does not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. The resort reserves the right to update prices, services, and policies without prior notice.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during reservations or website use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Theni District, Tamil Nadu.
