Welcome to Pepper Garden Resorts. We understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, modifications, and refunds for reservations made through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or any authorized booking partner.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed only after payment (full or partial, as applicable) is received and a confirmation message or email has been issued by Pepper Garden Resorts.
- Please verify your booking details immediately after receiving the confirmation.
2. Cancellation by Guest
- Cancellation requests must be submitted by phone, WhatsApp, or email using the contact details provided on our website.
- The applicable refund amount depends on the cancellation date, room type, booking offer, and payment terms accepted at the time of reservation.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Eligible refunds will be processed after verification of the booking details.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the reservation may be treated as a "No-Show."
- Applicable cancellation or retention charges may apply according to the booked rate plan.
5. Booking Modifications
- Requests to change the check-in date, check-out date, room type, or guest details are subject to availability.
- Any change in booking may result in revised room rates or additional charges.
6. Resort Cancellation
In exceptional circumstances, including natural disasters, government restrictions, maintenance requirements, or events beyond our reasonable control, Pepper Garden Resorts reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation. Where appropriate, guests will be offered an alternative booking date or an eligible refund.
7. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional offers, discounted packages, festive bookings, group reservations, or special event bookings may be marked as Non-Refundable. These conditions will be communicated at the time of booking and will take precedence over this general policy.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
- The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
9. Force Majeure
Pepper Garden Resorts shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, storms, earthquakes, pandemics, government orders, strikes, transportation disruptions, or power failures.
