Welcome to Pepper Garden Resorts. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all room reservations made through our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email, or authorized booking partners.
1. Reservation Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to room availability.
- A reservation is confirmed only after receiving the required payment and issuing a booking confirmation by Pepper Garden Resorts.
- Please review your booking details carefully upon receiving your confirmation.
2. Guest Information
To complete a reservation, guests may be required to provide:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address (if available)
- Residential Address
- Government-issued Photo ID
- Number of Adults and Children
- Expected Check-in and Check-out Dates
3. Payment Policy
- An advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept Cash, UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest Identification
- Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification during check-in.
- The name on the reservation should match the identification presented at check-in.
- Pepper Garden Resorts reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
6. Room Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the reserved room.
- Maximum occupancy varies by room type.
- Additional guests may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
7. Special Requests
Requests for early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, room preferences, decorations, or other special arrangements are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
8. Booking Changes
- Requests to modify booking dates, room types, or guest details are subject to availability.
- Changes may result in revised room rates or additional charges.
9. Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Guests are advised to review that policy before making a reservation.
10. Resort Rights
Pepper Garden Resorts reserves the right to:
- Decline or cancel a booking due to incorrect information, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
- Refuse accommodation to guests who violate resort policies or applicable laws.
- Modify room allocation with an equivalent or upgraded room, where necessary.
11. Force Majeure
Pepper Garden Resorts shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, strikes, or power failures.
